Role: Lead Business Data Strategist

Location: Makati City (Onsite) | Shift: Day Shift

The Big Picture

You are the person who connects "What the bosses want" with "What the tech team builds." You make sure the company uses its information to make smarter decisions and earn more profit.

What Youll Do Every Day

• The Game Plan: Create a long-term map of how information should flow through the organization so it's easy to find and use.
• The "One Version of Truth": Make sure everyone in the company agrees on how to measure success. You define the math so that two different departments don't have two different "profit" numbers.
• Team Leader: Manage groups of specialists using a fast-paced work style (Agile). You fix problems that get in their way so they can finish their work on time.
• The Money Expert: Before the company spends money on a new tech tool, you prove why its a good investment. After it's built, you check if it actually helped the business.

Who You Are

• Experience: Youve been working for at least 10 years, with 5+ years in a high-level leadership or "Product Owner" role.
• The Tech: You understand how Cloud storage (AWS) works and how to use data tools like Tableau or Python to see patterns.
• The Style: You are an expert at Agile work—meaning you like moving fast and improving things bit-by-bit rather than waiting months for a "perfect" result.
• Education: You have a degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
