IT Head (Dayshift)

Work Schedule: Full Onsite, Dayshift
Location: Pasay

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and business continuity across the organization.
• Lead and develop high-performing technology teams, including AVPs and senior leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT operations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role within a large, complex organization.
• Proven success leading digital transformation programs with expertise in AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and technology modernization.
• Demonstrated experience managing AVPs, senior leaders, and large multi-functional technology teams.
• Strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to drive business-focused technology outcomes.
