Job Description
Leads the corporate procurement category across multiple markets, developing strategies that drive business value, cost efficiency, and operational improvements. Acts as a key partner to internal stakeholders while supporting global procurement initiatives that strengthen financial performance, service delivery, and sustainable sourcing practices.Key Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
Manage supplier relationships, oversee RFIs/RFPs, and ensure contracts deliver value aligned with business goals.
Support cost optimization initiatives, supplier performance improvement, and procurement process standardization.
Lead and develop procurement team members while fostering collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Deliver cost savings, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with procurement governance and reporting standards.
Drive innovation by exploring new sourcing opportunities and leveraging supplier capabilities to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Promote sustainability initiatives by engaging suppliers in responsible sourcing and environmental commitments.
Manage supply risks and ensure business continuity through effective supplier planning and coordination.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree or relevant professional qualification.
At least 5 years of procurement or category management experience, ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.
Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, and influence stakeholders across different regions and functions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing or guiding teams.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
