Job Description

Leads the corporate procurement category across multiple markets, developing strategies that drive business value, cost efficiency, and operational improvements. Acts as a key partner to internal stakeholders while supporting global procurement initiatives that strengthen financial performance, service delivery, and sustainable sourcing practices.Key Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable agreements.

  • Manage supplier relationships, oversee RFIs/RFPs, and ensure contracts deliver value aligned with business goals.

  • Support cost optimization initiatives, supplier performance improvement, and procurement process standardization.

  • Lead and develop procurement team members while fostering collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver cost savings, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with procurement governance and reporting standards.

  • Drive innovation by exploring new sourcing opportunities and leveraging supplier capabilities to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

  • Promote sustainability initiatives by engaging suppliers in responsible sourcing and environmental commitments.

  • Manage supply risks and ensure business continuity through effective supplier planning and coordination.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or relevant professional qualification.

  • At least 5 years of procurement or category management experience, ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.

  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, and influence stakeholders across different regions and functions.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing or guiding teams.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
