Position: HR Director
Work Setup: Full Onsite | Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Calamba, Laguna
Compensation: PHP 300,000 350,000 (open & negotiable)

Note: We are also open to Manager-level candidates for a basic salary budget of around PHP 130,000.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 810 years progressive HR leadership experience, preferably at Director, AVP, or VP level.
  • Strong background in labor union management and CBA negotiations.
  • Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven capability in managing unionized environments and leading large-scale HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all facets of HR: recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Manage labor union relations, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws and represent the company in DOLE, NLRC, and other labor-related government proceedings.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide solutions that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Drive organizational culture-building programs, foster employee engagement, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and systems that support long-term growth and people development.
