About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Management to lead a regional team overseeing the full lifecycle of pricing processes, customer agreements, and contract governance. This role is critical in driving service excellence, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting informed commercial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, coaching, and skills development.
  • Enhance pricing workflows, commercial governance, and customer agreement processes.
  • Analyze recurring challenges and implement best practices without compromising service quality.
  • Leverage technology and system enhancements to optimize pricing and commercial operations.
  • Provide clear insights and communication to stakeholders, influencing alignment and operational improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Internal Audit regarding pricing and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services, Finance, IT, and Commercial units to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Support or lead operational projects and improvement initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Pricing, or Commercial Operations.
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong background in continuous improvement and operational enhancements.
  • Advanced MS Office skills; ERP experience required (SAP preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
