Role Overview
The Vice President – Sales will lead the overall sales organization across different portfolios. This role carries full revenue accountability and will drive aggressive growth strategies, inventory movement, and channel optimization.
The VP Sales will shape national sales direction, oversee large multi-segment teams, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, project development, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute long-term and short-term sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals

Define sales targets, quotas, and performance benchmarks across segments

Lead go-to-market strategies for new project launches

Drive pricing strategy alignment with market demand and absorption targets

Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
Revenue & Performance Management

Own overall revenue targets and ensure consistent delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and conversion optimization

Monitor inventory aging and implement sell-through strategies

Analyze buyer trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Channel & Network Expansion

Strengthen broker networks and top-performing sales groups

Develop corporate sales partnerships and investor channels

Oversee channel head performance and structure incentive programs

Expand domestic and international buyer networks where applicable
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop senior sales leaders and regional heads

Ideal Profile

12–18+ years of progressive real estate sales leadership
