About the job Junior Analyst
The Junior Analyst supports data analysis, reporting, and research activities to help management make informed business decisions. This role works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and prepare reports that support operational and strategic initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to support business operations and strategy.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
Identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and provide data-backed insights.
- Support senior analysts or managers in research, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data and reports.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and business context.
Assist in improving reporting processes, tools, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an analyst, reporting, or data-focused role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis tools (experience with BI tools is a plus).
Ability to present data clearly through reports and presentations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
