Sales Manager (Commercial Appliances)

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Davao
Work set-up: Fully Onsite
Schedule: Dayshift

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• With at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager .
• Preferable with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment or laundry machine.
• Goal oriented, good strategic planning, and organizing skill.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
