Brand Manager Lifestyle & Timepieces
We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the growth, positioning, and market presence of our lifestyle brands, with a strong focus on timepieces. The role requires a balance of brand-building, commercial strategy, and cross-functional leadership to ensure consistent execution across marketing, retail, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company vision and consumer trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong brand identity, including messaging, positioning, and visual direction.
  • Translate global and principal brand directions into effective, localized strategies.

Product & Category Management

  • Manage product lifecycle, from assortment planning to launch and post-performance review.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to create assortments that resonate with target consumers.
  • Drive pricing, promotions, and product mix strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Keep abreast of industry and lifestyle trends, especially in timepieces and related categories.

Marketing & Consumer Engagement

  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and in-store channels.
  • Oversee the brands digital presence, ensuring engaging storytelling and community engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Strengthen customer experience and loyalty through consistent brand touchpoints.

Retail & Channel Execution

  • Partner with retail and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing platforms.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to retail teams for strong brand representation.

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

  • Explore and manage partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
  • Cultivate collaborations with influencers, retailers, and strategic stakeholders.

Leadership & Financial Management

  • Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve brand goals.
  • Manage brand and marketing budgets effectively to ensure resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in brand management, preferably in lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially driven.
