Sales Lead to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with banks and fintech companies. This role requires a hands-on sales leader who has a proven track record in institutional and corporate sales, can sell individually, and can also create effective sales processes for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales with banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions by using existing networks and bringing in new partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor one to two sales managers by setting goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Continuously refine and build the end-to-end sales process, including relationship management, deal conversation, and lead generation.
  • Optimize CRM, preferably Bitrix 24, for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Bring best practices in B2B sales and negotiations to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Actively participate in industry events and fintech conferences to create new partnerships and expand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership Manager and Project team to ensure deals are executed seamlessly.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in institutional and corporate sales, business development, or relationship management within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing deals with financial institutions and managing long sales cycles.
  • An existing network in the banking and fintech space is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required, and additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, with a preference for Bitrix 24, and sales analytics.
  • High level of ownership and a drive to grow revenue in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
