Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the credit management team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
- Oversee the end-to-end credit management process, including credit assessment, credit limit reviews, collections oversight, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and credit risk exposure to minimize bad debt.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to resolve credit and payment issues.
- Review and approve credit limits and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance credit and collections performance.
- Prepare and present credit and collections performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or collections, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or international clients.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections, and AR management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work full onsite.
