Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director to lead the overall finance function of the organization. The role will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial strategy, planning, risk management, compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with strong commercial acumen, experience in financial transformation, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial and operational matters

Provide insights and recommendations to drive profitability and long-term growth
Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements

Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks

Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulators
Operational & Commercial Support

Analyze business performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

Support business expansion, investments, M&A, and strategic initiatives

Implement financial systems, automation, and process improvements
Leadership & Team Management

Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team

Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred; MBA is an advantage)

At least 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior executive role

Strong background in financial planning & analysis, controllership, treasury, and compliance

Experience in leading audits, tax planning, and regulatory reporting

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

High level of integrity and strategic thinking
