About the job Sales and Project Development Manager
Sales and Project Development Manager oversees the full lifecycle of real estate projects — from initial concept and feasibility studies through launch, sales alignment, and post-launch performance optimization. The PDM ensures project success by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits, and Property Management to meet key milestones within set timelines.
This position serves as a critical link between development planning and commercial execution, ensuring each project is financially sound, aligned with market demand, and effectively brought to market. A strong background in sales is required to support revenue planning, pricing strategy, and inventory absorption.
Key Responsibilities
Project Inception

Collect and evaluate data for market and competitor research

Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to recommend project concepts and pricing strategy
Project Planning

Propose project concepts, including product mix and unit sizing

Provide support to the Permits Group when issues arise in securing licenses and approvals

Perform financial analyses and develop customized financial models when necessary

Lead project launch preparation and system uploading processes
Project Implementation

Oversee project and Sales & Marketing budgets

Review and analyze budget performance across multiple projects to optimize cluster costs

Supervise Sales and Marketing initiatives

Monitor construction progress to ensure timelines are met

Address sales-related concerns to maintain a seamless booking process

Develop strategies to accelerate inventory movement

Manage inventory oversight

Oversee the complete real estate development cycle

Capable of independently managing project development functions when required
Project Execution and Launch

Support sales launches, promotional events, and marketing activations

Ensure deliverables are aligned with brand positioning and customer expectations

Help resolve concerns from buyers, brokers, or tenants during selling and turnover stages
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Civil Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

Proven leadership and supervisory experience
