Role Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and leading the sales strategy across the organization. The position focuses on developing high-impact business development initiatives, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy – Formulate and execute sales and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth – Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Market Insights – Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and sales leadership roles (Director/VP/AVP level)
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in an on-site environment in Pasay
