Role Overview:

This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and leading the sales strategy across the organization. The position focuses on developing high-impact business development initiatives, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales leadership roles (Director/VP/AVP level)
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in an on-site environment in Pasay
