Role Overview

The Data Head leads the overall data and analytics function of the organization. This role is responsible for building and managing data platforms, driving analytics and AI initiatives, and ensuring data is secure, compliant, and used effectively to support business growth and risk management.

The role works closely with business leaders, technology teams, and other departments to embed data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee data architecture, platforms, and system integrations to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives to generate actionable insights.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases that improve revenue, efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.
• Establish and enforce data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Promote responsible and ethical use of data and AI.
• Build and lead a high-performing data team (engineering, analytics, governance).
• Partner with senior leadership to drive data-enabled transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or technology leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, cloud environments, governance, and analytics tools.
• Experience leading enterprise data and analytics teams.
• Proven ability to translate data initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
