Location: Pasig (Onsite, Monday to Friday – Morning Shift)

Overview

This role will lead nationwide consumer growth by driving sales, expanding market reach, and strengthening channel partnerships. The focus is on building a scalable, field-driven sales model through distributors, agents, and partner networks.

What You'll Do

• Lead overall consumer sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Develop strategies to grow the customer base and expand into new areas
• Build and manage partner networks, including dealers, distributors, and agents
• Strengthen channel performance through incentives, structure, and governance
• Oversee field teams across different regions and improve sales productivity
• Work closely with internal teams to support launches, promos, and initiatives
• Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in sales, with strong leadership exposure
• Background in consumer sales, business development, or channel management
• Experience handling distributor, dealer, or franchise-type models
• Exposure to large, nationwide operations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills
