Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee period-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal policies.
    • Manage RTR operations, including balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, audit support, tax compliance, and adherence to SOX controls.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaboration across business units and functional teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and technology adoption initiatives to enhance efficiency and service excellence.
    • Lead, develop, and coach a team of finance professionals, managers, and senior managers to build a high-performing and engaged organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience collaborating with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, including leadership of senior managers and managers.
    • Strong expertise in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
    • Solid understanding of RTR processes, financial reporting, compliance, and controls.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
