Role Overview:
The Business Development Specialist supports the identification and acquisition of new clients, primarily within the FMCG sector. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional with hands-on experience in sales, account management, or business development, contributing to revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience handling FMCG clients or accounts is highly preferred
  • Background in logistics or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and support sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, focusing on FMCG clients
  • Support the development and execution of business development initiatives and sales plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance updates
  • Support account management efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
