Role Overview
The Beauty Consultants will deliver exceptional customer service and expert beauty recommendations while contributing to daily store operations. This includes overseeing stock levels, maintaining appealing product displays, and working closely with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in retail sales, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods or well-known beauty & cosmetics brands.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse coordination is a plus.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Sales-oriented, attentive to detail, and committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to work a shifting and 6 days work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and conduct product demonstrations as required.
  • Contribute to individual and overall store targets through proactive selling techniques.
  • Promote ongoing campaigns and introduce newly launched products to customers.

Inventory & Merchandising Support:

  • Regularly check stock levels on the sales floor and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Ensure items are properly tagged, priced, and arranged in line with brand and visual standards.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to execute planograms and promotional displays.
  • Escalate concerns regarding slow-moving, expired, or damaged stocks to the appropriate supervisor.

Warehouse & Stockroom Coordination:

  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding deliveries and maintain an orderly stockroom.
  • Support the receiving, checking, and proper storage of newly delivered inventory.
  • Take part in inventory counts and assist with stock transfers as needed.

Store Upkeep & Compliance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across selling areas, testers, and display sections.
  • Follow established safety, hygiene, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
