Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger management and account reconciliations
• Prepare, review, and validate journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with accounting standards and company policies
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements
• Provide necessary documentation and support during audit engagements
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen internal controls
• Generate and analyze financial reports leveraging SAP and advanced Excel functionalities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) or general accounting functions
• CPA certification is a strong advantage
• Experience collaborating with global teams or international stakeholders
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in SAP
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
