Lead Product Manager - Fixed Connectivity (Telco)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and competitive insights
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including concept development, requirements, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify needs, opportunities, and emerging technology trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and support to ensure successful product delivery and alignment
• Define and monitor product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize features, pricing, and overall customer experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, ideally within telecommunications or internet services serving local and global markets
• Strong understanding of telecom and networking technologies, including broadband, fiber optics, and data communications
• Proven commercial and analytical skills, including pricing strategy, cost management, and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
