Program Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scholarship program from start to finish, including reviewing applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance.
  • Identify and engage eligible candidates while coordinating with students, parents, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct site visits, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare progress reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, track expenditures, and support financial reporting for foundation activities.
  • Support marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts to boost program awareness and participation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to work independently.
  • Experience in education programs, nonprofit organizations, or foundations is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial procedures is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and community development.
