The Brand Operations Head is responsible for driving the overall performance, growth, and profitability of assigned restaurant brands. This role leads brand strategy, multi-store operations, financial results, people leadership, and ensures a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute brand and business unit strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, service standards, and brand consistency.
  • Own P&L performance, driving sales growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Lead and develop store and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Champion guest experience, food quality, and service excellence.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Culinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or FMCG.
  • Proven multi-brand, multi-store management experience.
  • Strong business, financial, and people leadership capabilities.
