Investment Analyst I Associate I Transaction Advisory (Multiple Openings)

Schedule: Morning Shift | Monday to Friday

We are looking for highly analytical, driven, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. These roles provide strong exposure to strategic investments, transaction execution, financial analysis, due diligence, and advisory engagements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and evaluate investment or transaction opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis to support decision-making
• Conduct industry research, market studies, and competitive benchmarking
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and management reports
• Support due diligence across financial, legal, commercial, and operational workstreams
• Assist in transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, founders, executives, and stakeholders
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accountancy,
• Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, audit, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
