This role supports the sales team by designing and preparing technical solutions for customers. You will help define project requirements, recommend the right equipment, and ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time.

You'll work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to gather requirements and turn them into clear, well-structured project plans and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable power system solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, including equipment selection, scope of work, and pricing.
  • Support distributors, partners, and customers with product knowledge and technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, suppliers, and operations) to ensure accurate and complete proposals.
  • Manage the pre-sales process from inquiry to proposal submission.
  • Ensure all proposals meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of project details for future reference.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.
  • Handle multiple projects at the same time while meeting timelines.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales, preferably in power generation or related industries.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in handling customer requirements and preparing proposals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
