Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration, preferably with background working in a US-based company.

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate lease language and terminology.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across departments and stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with lease accounting software preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate leases using lease accounting software, including inputting new leases, updating existing lease information, and generating reports as required/requested.

  • Maintain and regularly update internal real estate property reports and lease documentation in alignment with ongoing transactions.

  • Track lease expiration dates and other critical deadlines outlined in lease documents to ensure timely completion of related tasks and compliance with lease terms.

  • Participate in weekly update meetings with the Director of Facilities Management and the companys contracted real estate broker partner to review current transactions.

  • Review transactional lease documents (e.g., LOIs) to confirm alignment with business requirements and ensure standard lease language provisions are included.

  • Draft various lease-related documents such as notices, lease amendments, and other required communications.

  • Collect and compile information and data to support upcoming transactions or lease-related decisions.

  • Provide timely and accurate support to U.S.-based stakeholders regarding lease terms, conditions, and obligations.
