Position Title: Architectural Project Engineer CSA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Employment Type: Project-based (2 years) with annual project bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a Support Engineer CSA (Architectural) to oversee and facilitate the architectural aspects of greenfield manufacturing projects in North Luzon. This role focuses on the supervision and completion of building and construction activities, with a strong emphasis on final architectural finishes across office spaces, central facilities, and other supporting structures within the site. The position requires close coordination with contractors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support civil, structural, and architectural works for manufacturing facility projects.
• Facilitate the completion of building and construction activities according to project plans and schedules.
• Manage and ensure quality execution of final architectural finishes across office spaces, plant facilities, and central structures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve design or construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Provide technical input and support for continuous improvement of construction and architectural processes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with proven hands-on experience in commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong background in overseeing architectural finishes and building completion.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial plant projects is an advantage.
• Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
