Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the full HR function for the employee organization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy

  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development

  • Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs

  • Oversee compensation & benefits strategy and performance management frameworks

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards

  • Act as strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design and transformation

Ideal Profile

  • 15+ years progressive HR leadership experience

  • Experience managing large workforces 

  • Strong background in organizational development and culture transformation

  • Executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills
