Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the pricing and contract team, prioritizing tasks to align with changing business priorities and deliver maximum value.
  • Refine, standardize, and optimize processes for customer agreements, pricing governance, and end-to-end contract management.
  • Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, reasonable, well-supported, and processed on time.
  • Ensure timely receipt, validation, and proper storage of all customer agreements.
  • Maintain accurate pricing data in relevant systems and ensure reconciliation of payments and accruals.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for relevant revenue and expense accounts, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to support business initiatives, continuous process improvement, and system automation where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in pricing and contract management
  • At least 2 years experience managing and developing a team
  • Strong accounting knowledge and practical experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Power BI and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
  • Experience collaborating with global stakeholders
