Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the pricing and contract team, prioritizing tasks to align with changing business priorities and deliver maximum value.
- Refine, standardize, and optimize processes for customer agreements, pricing governance, and end-to-end contract management.
- Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, reasonable, well-supported, and processed on time.
- Ensure timely receipt, validation, and proper storage of all customer agreements.
- Maintain accurate pricing data in relevant systems and ensure reconciliation of payments and accruals.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for relevant revenue and expense accounts, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support business initiatives, continuous process improvement, and system automation where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in pricing and contract management
- At least 2 years experience managing and developing a team
- Strong accounting knowledge and practical experience required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders
