Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for pricing master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with service level agreements
• Oversee pricing updates, validations, and uploads to ensure alignment with approved contracts and system accuracy
• Ensure accrual provisions and related payments are accurate, properly documented, and processed on time
• Maintain robust internal controls, including SOX compliance, and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve pricing or contract data issues while driving continuous process improvements and standardization
• Support automation initiatives to streamline pricing and contract processes, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience
• Collaborate with global and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment, and accurate reporting
• Mentor, develop, and manage team performance, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Pricing, Contract Management, or related finance operations
• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
• Solid accounting knowledge and hands-on accounting experience
• Experience working with global stakeholders
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and senior stakeholders
