About the Role
A mission-driven organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead its in-house marketing team based in Manila. This leadership role will manage a multidisciplinary group across digital marketing, content, communications, creative, analytics, and project management, supporting national campaigns executed from the U.S.
The ideal candidate is a strong generalist with a digital-first mindset, a skilled people leader, and an operationally-minded manager who can drive performance, alignment, and execution across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the Manila-based shared marketing services team
- Lead and develop team members in social media, content, copywriting, communications, design, web development, analytics, and project coordination
- Act as the key liaison between Manila operations and U.S.-based marketing leadership
- Execute campaign priorities including recruitment marketing, brand awareness, community engagement, and internal communications
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets, reports, and cross-functional projects
- Optimize processes, tools, and team capacity (e.g., Monday.com) to ensure smooth workflow and alignment
- Support coordination with cross-functional teams such as HR, Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Operations
- Monitor KPIs, track team performance, and ensure budget adherence
Qualifications
- 810+ years of marketing leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise across digital, creative, branding, and communications disciplines
- Proven ability to manage distributed or global teams and coordinate across time zones
- Strong people management and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Google Ads, WordPress, Meta Suite, GA4, etc.
- Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or purpose-driven industries
- Bonus: Experience with U.S.-based audiences and recruitment-focused campaigns
