We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive commercial performance and strategic growth across health-related merchandise categories. This role is responsible for leading commercial planning, improving profitability, and ensuring category excellence across both physical retail stores and e-commerce platforms.

You will work closely with the Health Business Director to champion business growth, optimize category strategies, and ensure executional excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive category growth by leading sales, margin, and profit performance
  • Formulate business strategies, category plans, and promotional programs
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales vs. budget, category share, ROI)
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Identify trends and new business opportunities in health and wellness
  • Lead process improvements and ensure efficient execution of initiatives
  • Support the retail pharmacy format (pure drugstore counters) and contribute to its long-term profitability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 610 years of experience in category management, trade marketing, or commercial roles within pharmaceutical, retail, or FMCG industries
  • Strong knowledge of health, wellness, or pharmacy-related products
  • Proven ability to lead commercial planning and drive P&L performance
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in both offline and online retail environments is a plus
