Role Overview

The People Solutions Supervisor oversees daily HR operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services. This role involves managing a team, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining HR data accuracy across multiple systems. The supervisor also acts as a liaison between internal departments (like HR, Legal, and Compliance) and external partners to drive company-wide productivity and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,
  • With 35 years of relevant HR experience, particularly managing HRIS system.
  • Strong team and individual work capabilities
  • Broad understanding of HR functions and how they impact business operations
  • Capable of identifying issues and implementing process improvements
  • Experience in hiring, performance evaluation, and team development
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, high-change environments with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using ADP Payroll Systems

Duties/Responsibilities

Customer Support & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide timely and high-quality support to internal/external stakeholders
  • Foster positive working relationships and proactively address concerns
  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to employees

Compliance & HR Data Management

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal policies
  • Review and audit employee records and HR data for accuracy and compliance
  • Identify and correct system data issues and errors

Team Performance & Development

  • Train, guide, and oversee People Solutions staff
  • Communicate performance expectations and track team KPIs
  • Escalate and resolve challenges impacting team productivity

HR Systems Administration

  • Support users with HR platforms (e.g., onboarding tools, Jobvite, ADP)
  • Manage system access, permissions, and configurations for users
  • Monitor data flow and integrity, responding to urgent needs and issues
