About the Role:
Were looking for a dynamic Workplace Manager to become the master planner behind our company culture and day-to-day operations. If you thrive on creating engaging experiences, organizing memorable events, and leading front office operations, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

As the Workplace Manager, you will lead a team of 5 team members and take ownership of our company events calendarbig or small, from team-building sessions to company-wide celebrations. Think of yourself as our in-house Employee Engagement Champion with strong roots in events and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a front office team of 5
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of internal events and engagement activities
  • Maintain a vibrant, well-organized, and welcoming workplace environment
  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to understand and address employee engagement needs
  • Develop event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Act as the first point of contact for workplace experience and office coordination
  • Ensure a high standard of front office and customer service excellence

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in events management, with 2+ years in a people management role
  • Strong background in customer service or front office operations
  • Demonstrated success in managing internal company events or employee engagement initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
