About the job Account Executive (Advertising | Digital Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries through networking, cold outreach, inbound lead follow-ups, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement growth strategies, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored advertising and digital solutions.
- Proposal & Pitch Development:
Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients with a strong emphasis on ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Revenue Growth:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and quarterly revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal creative, marketing, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development or sales in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including PPC, SEO, social media, programmatic advertising, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
