The role involves overseeing sales and business growth initiatives aimed at both corporate clients (B2B) and VIP individual customers (B2C). It is centered on cultivating strong client relationships, discovering new sales opportunities, executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager is also responsible for driving sales results, supporting team development, and maintaining the companys high standards of professionalism and customer service.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality, preferably in the retail industry.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with diverse clients.

  • Highly attentive to detail with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management (B2B and B2C):

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate accounts and high-end individual clients.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and customized service.

  • Follow up after transactions to maintain quality service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, business directories, events, and industry gatherings.

  • Present and promote supermarket products to corporate buyers and institutional clients.

  • Showcase product features, specifications, and benefits based on client needs.

  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and product usage.

  • Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts in alignment with company policies.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass targets.

  • Track sales trends and analyze market movements to uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Work closely with internal teams to design targeted marketing and promotional campaigns.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Keep thorough records of client communications, sales activities, and account updates.

  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and invoiced.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Field Activities

  • Frequently visit clients to present product samples or catalogs.

  • Conduct on-site meetings to highlight product value and close new accounts.

Office Activities

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients.

  • Handle sales paperwork and collaborate with internal departments to process orders efficiently.
