Role Overview

The Modern Trade Marketing Associate Manager role leads channel's trade marketing strategy development to accomplish business objectives across different product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Annual Channel Business Plan
  • Define channel picture of success and must have SKU's
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring DME for channel
  • Leads execution planning and development of cascade materials
  • Lead marketing touchpoint for Innovations on new product launches for specific channels
  • Coordinate communication of trade initiatives and new products to Sales Operations and other stakeholders
  • Prepare channel calendar and defines channel priorities as guide for specific account/area promotions
  • Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering queries on products and plans during customer engagements
  • Initiate postmortem reviews of channel programs
  • Co-develop and ensure implementation of TTA guidelines to ensure investments are optimized and strategies are put into action
  • Ensures materials are designed and released according to brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelors degree in Business-related discipline
  • At least 3-6 years work experience in Modern Trade Marketing and Sales in FMCG/Food and Beverages
  • Project Management, Financial Basics, and Strategic Planning
  • At least 2 years experience in People Management
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
