A US-based healthcare company seeking a US recruiter to help drive recruitment initiatives by identifying and attracting top-tier talent across various roles and functions. This role plays a critical part in building our candidate pipeline and ensuring we meet the evolving talent needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use creative and effective sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for current and future roles
  • Screen candidate profiles to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers through intake sessions to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Engage with relevant professional networks and communities to strengthen employer brand awareness
  • Leverage sourcing data and metrics to improve strategies and recruitment outcomes
  • Utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, social media) to maximize reach
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, assessments, and other parts of the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 12 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or shared services environment
