Job Title: Facility Administrator
Department: Administration / Facilities Management
Location: Davao City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of office premises, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to BPO operational standards.
- Coordinate with building administration, service providers, and contractors for maintenance, repairs, utilities, and other facility-related concerns.
- Manage and track facility maintenance tickets; ensure timely resolution of issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and IT infrastructure support (in coordination with respective departments).
- Assist in office space planning, workstation assignments, and coordination of site improvements or minor fit-out projects.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of facility supplies including office utilities, janitorial materials, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, support workplace safety practices, and assist with emergency preparedness.
- Monitor and report on utility usage, facilities-related expenses, and vendor performance.
- Maintain accurate records for inspections, permits, contracts, and maintenance logs.
- Support business continuity by ensuring operational readiness of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in facilities or administrative support, preferably within a BPO or corporate setting.
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of basic building systems and facility safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and experience with facility ticketing systems is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned on-site in Davao City.
