Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and revenue streams in advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, brands, and agencies to understand their marketing needs and position the agency's offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, performance, and digital strategy) to develop customized proposals and winning pitches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to develop strategic plans and growth opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospect qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of business development experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing firm, or media company.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing business deals with corporate clients or brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, content strategy, programmatic, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing analytics platforms is an advantage.
