Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services through our partner bank branches. You will support clients with their financial planning needs, generate leads, and maintain long-term account relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship
- Engage and build strong relationships with bank staff and walk-in clients.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to identify client requirements.
Sales & Product Promotion:
- Offer life insurance and investment-linked financial products suited to individual client profiles.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various sources (e.g., referrals, in-branch campaigns, bank staff collaboration).
- Actively participate in promotional activities and events organized with partner banks.
Account Management:
- Provide after-sales service and support, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Monitor and track account activity, follow up on client inquiries, and address issues efficiently.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance and client interactions.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, ethical standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 - 3 year of experience in financial services, sales, insurance, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and proactive in generating and converting leads.
- Willingness to work in a bank branch-based setup and flexible with travel between branches (if applicable).
- Preferably with insurance license (but not required; training and licensing support available).
