Role Overview
The Operations Director oversees multi-store restaurant operations in Luzon. The role is responsible for implementing operational strategies, managing performance, and ensuring consistent customer service and compliance across all branches.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve business targets and service standards.
- Supervise Area Managers and oversee staff development and training.
- Monitor key metrics such as sales, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food quality regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain for operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QSR or multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and large teams effectively.
