About the job Senior Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall P&L and performance of the beauty unit.
- Develop and implement growth strategies across product, brand, marketing, and distribution.
- Lead the product development lifecycle in collaboration with R&D, packaging, and supply chain teamsfrom ideation to launch.
- Drive brand innovation by staying ahead of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, campaign planning, and digital-first brand activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, creative, and operations.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of category, brand, and marketing professionals.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in brand/category management, product development, or general management roles in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Proven success in launching or scaling beauty or skincare brands.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and business strategy.
- Deep understanding of consumer trends in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in digital-first or omnichannel retail is a strong advantage.
