Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall P&L and performance of the beauty unit.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies across product, brand, marketing, and distribution.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle in collaboration with R&D, packaging, and supply chain teamsfrom ideation to launch.
  • Drive brand innovation by staying ahead of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, campaign planning, and digital-first brand activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, creative, and operations.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of category, brand, and marketing professionals.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in brand/category management, product development, or general management roles in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling beauty or skincare brands.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in digital-first or omnichannel retail is a strong advantage.
