Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandising Supervisors to manage product categories such as grocery, general merchandise, F&B, cosmetics, and beauty. This role is responsible for executing merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product display and availability in-store, and supporting sales growth through data-driven stock planning and promotional implementation. You will play a key role in aligning store execution with brand standards across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily merchandising operations across assigned stores or categories.
  • Ensure proper product placement, replenishment, and compliance with planograms.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to source merchandise aligned with category trends and customer demand.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit display quality, stock levels, and promotional activity execution.
  • Allocate stocks based on sales performance, inventory levels, and store capacity.
  • Monitor and analyze product movement and recommend adjustments to maximize sales.
  • Support new store openings, product launches, and in-store promotional rollouts.
  • Train store teams and merchandising staff on brand standards, display strategies, and visual execution.
  • Prepare sales and stock reports; recommend improvements to optimize merchandising efforts.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries and product distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in merchandising, category supervision, or retail operations.
  • Experience in any of the following industries is an advantage: grocery, food and beverage (F&B), general merchandise, cosmetics, or beauty retail.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of planograms, retail inventory systems, and product display best practices.
  • Flexible to work on weekends or holidays depending on business needs.
