About the job Marketing Director
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead a growing global marketing services team based in Manila. This leadership role will oversee a multidisciplinary group responsible for creative, digital marketing, content development, project management, analytics, and communications.
The ideal candidate is an adaptable leader with a strong marketing background, proven people management skills, and a knack for operational excellence. You will work closely with U.S.-based executives to align strategies, ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, and build a collaborative, mission-driven culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team across various marketing functions: digital, content, design, communications, and data analytics
- Act as the primary liaison between the Manila team and stakeholders in the U.S., ensuring seamless execution of cross-border initiatives
- Drive marketing execution related to talent recruitment, brand visibility, internal communications, and campaign management
- Oversee daily workflow, capacity planning, and project timelines through platforms like Monday.com or similar tools
- Uphold high standards in output quality, brand alignment, and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and team structures
- Handle urgent communication matters and coordinate with other departments including HR, Operations, and Talent Acquisition
- Monitor performance metrics, report progress, and manage marketing budgets alongside leadership
What Were Looking For
- 810+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
- Broad marketing expertise spanning digital, performance marketing, branding, and communications
- Previous experience working with or managing international teams across different time zones
- Proficient in project management systems and digital marketing platforms
- Strong coaching and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in purpose-led organizations or healthcare-related industries is a plus
- Familiarity with U.S. market audiences and talent marketing strategies is a strong advantage
