Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the in-house design team and/or external creative agencies in producing high-quality visual materials.
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual strategies for store displays, promotional campaigns, digital assets, and packaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail channels, including online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to translate business needs into creative design solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end design project management from concept development to final execution within budget and deadlines.
  • Conduct market and trend research to keep designs fresh, innovative, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update brand style guides and design standards.
  • Supervise production and installation of visual merchandising and store design elements.
  • Monitor and evaluate design effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have between 4-7 years of experience within the Retail Industry.
  • Proven experience in design management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in retail design, branding, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of retail space design, signage, and visual merchandising principles.
