We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective digital strategies across various online channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to support business and brand objectives.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content for digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, email marketing, and other online touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Manage digital marketing calendars, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Internal
  • Collaborate with various business units and support functions to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
External
  • Coordinate with advertising, media, digital, creative, research, and communications agencies, as well as other marketing partners and vendors.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in campaign management, content development, and digital analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, construction, hospitality, or other related industries is highly preferred.
