Leads and manages below-the-line projects, including event productions, brand activations, and promotions, from planning through execution. Oversees the production team, budgets, timelines, and coordination with suppliers and talents to ensure smooth pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of events, activations, and promotions from planning to delivery
- Supervise production team, budgets, timelines, and vendor/talent coordination
- Ensure smooth pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
- Resolve production issues and maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with accounts and creative teams to ensure feasibility and accurate concept execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or Business
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Minimum 2 years experience in event production or related field
