Oversees the production team, budgets, timelines, and coordination with suppliers and talents to ensure smooth pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution of events, activations, and promotions from planning to delivery
  • Supervise production team, budgets, timelines, and vendor/talent coordination
  • Ensure smooth pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Resolve production issues and maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with accounts and creative teams to ensure feasibility and accurate concept execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or Business
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Minimum 2 years experience in event production or related field
