Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation; ensure contracts are received, validated, and stored in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage and validate accrual provisions and related payments to ensure they are accurate, reasonable, well-supported, and processed within agreed timelines.
  • Support the preparation and execution of SOX controls, and assist with internal and external audits to ensure full compliance and successful audit outcomes.
  • Partner with OTC teams to investigate and resolve aged debt, audit claims, and contract-related discrepancies to reduce financial risk.
  • Monitor contract compliance and identify gaps or inconsistencies, driving corrective actions and process improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in contract administration
  • Basic accounting knowledge and practical accounting experience required
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with global stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements
  • Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives is an advantage
