Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation; ensure contracts are received, validated, and stored in accordance with company policies.
- Manage and validate accrual provisions and related payments to ensure they are accurate, reasonable, well-supported, and processed within agreed timelines.
- Support the preparation and execution of SOX controls, and assist with internal and external audits to ensure full compliance and successful audit outcomes.
- Partner with OTC teams to investigate and resolve aged debt, audit claims, and contract-related discrepancies to reduce financial risk.
- Monitor contract compliance and identify gaps or inconsistencies, driving corrective actions and process improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in contract administration
- Basic accounting knowledge and practical accounting experience required
- Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements
- Power BI experience is an advantage
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives is an advantage
