Lead Software Engineer (HYBRID)

Key Responsibilities

• Own code quality and engineering standards by leading rigorous code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Drive performance, scalability, and security across all web applications
• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, with a strong focus on Next.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Champion Agile delivery, facilitating key ceremonies and ensuring consistent, high-quality output
• Partner with the Director of Software Development to align technical execution with business priorities
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement, adopting new technologies and reducing technical debt

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in web development, with deep expertise in Next.js and React
• Proven track record in technical leadership, team management, and code governance
• Strong background in building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications
• Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications in relevant technologies or Agile methodologies are a plus
